Integration Services
What We Provide
Axiom Healthcare Consulting, Inc. integrate solutions between existing subsystems within the hospitals or clinics. Providing a streamlined approach, resulting in an efficient and easy-to-use workflow system.
Specification Analysis
At Axiom Healthcare Consulting, Inc, we take the approach of understanding your business expectations before starting on any project. Gathering all the objectives, ideas, constraints and functionality related to the product, reducing any ambiguity or conflicts once we begin working.
This process may take a few meetings as every company uses different subsystems to achieve different goals. Having a clear understanding of each requirement and directions will provide a smooth development process, ensuring the final system fits to your businesses needs.
The objective of this phase is to address issues such as system software, hardware, communication, and database. Provide models, specifications and ERD diagrams of the conceptual integrated subsystem solution, helping you visualize the final product.
Vendor Engagement
We provide a schedule of every stage of the design and implementation process. Offering easy-to-use and accessible communications channels that allows quick interactions. Our preferred way of communication is through Microsoft Teams, Skype or Slack.
Meetings are held regularly, keeping your company up-to-date with the progress. At the completion of each phase, we’ll contact you to ensure all requirements and needs are met before moving on.
The objective of this phase is to keep you updated throughout our design process.
Development
We begin the development process by implementing the system architecture plan designed in the previous phase. Preparing an installation site to test the system component’s functionality and security, ensuring the current subsystems integrates seamlessly.
Documenting the whole process including unit test results of each system component, methods and standards used, and confirmation of meeting requirements and system design.
The objective of this phase is to build a testing environment using existing subsystems and the new prototype solution.
Functional and Integrated Testing
We participate in the functional and integrated testing to ensure the proposed design meets the initial set of goals.
Integrated testing the new prototype with the existing subsystems to see how they interact, ensuring they function properly together.
Functional Testing each individual components of the system to confirm the code is running properly against the intended functionality described in the system requirement specification.
The objective of this phase is to verify the requirements of the components of the system, ensuring your healthcare solution is secure and bug free.
Go-live deployment
Once the system is ready and tested, it is deployed and installed in the live environment. Employees are trained, data files converted to the new system and procedures are running.
The objective of the implementation phase is to make the new system operational.
Post-go-live support
After deployment, Axiom checks, maintain, and enhance the system to increase performance, add new features, and apply new updates to ensure it meets security standards to face against cybersecurity threats.
